Services & Class Schedule
We offer group fitness classes that focus on strength, cardio, endurance, flexibility, and mobility.
Our group class schedule is:
M-F 5:15am – 6:15am
M-F 8:30am – 9:30am
M-F 4:30pm – 5:30pm
M-F 5:30pm – 6:30pm
W 6:30pm – 7:15pm Special Olympics
Saturday 8:00am – 9:00am
We also offer semiprivate coaching, nutrition challenges, meal prep memberships, and nutrition guidance.
