6-Week Programs
2 Days per week= $275/person
3 Days per week = $415/person
One our sessions
 
Includes:
Functional Movement Screens to aid in personalizing workouts
Body measurements
Strength training (main focus)
Some cardio and endurance training, metabolic conditioning, stretching
Full time support and accountability
6-Week Transformation Challenge-meal plans, grocery lists, recipes, wellness content, and more
 
 
Individual sessions
1 session = $35/person
4 sessions = $128/person
8 sessions = $224/person
16 sessions = $384/person
One hour sessions
 
Includes:

Full time support and accountability
Meal Prep Club for the duration of training-14 days of meal plans, grocery lists, recipes and other wellness content
